Acuity VCT 3 (formerly Electra Kingsway VCT 3) is a generalist VCT with the objective of maximising tax free income to shareholders from dividends and capital distributions, which will be achieved by investing in a portfolio of qualifying investments. It was launched in October 2005 and closed on 5 April 2006. It has a similar investment strategy to Acuity VCT and Acuity VCT 2
