Des joined Acuity Capital in June 2009. Des began his career in 2001 at Deltarg Distribution Services as an Account Manager. Following his time there he spent 4 years at Norwegian Cruise Lines as an Accounts Assistant.

Des holds an (MCP) in computing and is currently studying for his AAT qualification.
