Tony joined Acuity in June 2010. Prior to joining Acuity, Tony was a partner of Sephton Capital a mid-market private equity fund manager, where he was on the Board of a number of its investee companies. Previously he worked in corporate finance advisory with Vantis Corporate Finance and Deloitte, where he specialised in advising mid-market private equity firms and venture capitalists on a broad range of transactions. Tony started his career with Arthur Andersen’s Strategy and Economic Consulting Team.
Tony holds a BComm in Finance and Economics, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). |
