Our Heritage
Prior to founding Acuity Capital in 2008 our team formed the core of the smaller companies investment team of Electra Partners, one of the UK’s longest established private equity firms. It is this private equity heritage that has shaped the fundamentals of our approach to investing today.
Acuity Insight
At Acuity, we believe in levelling the playing field for private investors. We aim to provide you with access to investment products and strategies that are often only available to institutional clients, and we are constantly searching the market for opportunities where we can exploit structural inefficiencies to generate high absolute returns.
Our Investment Approach
Our strength is that we use a highly disciplined private equity approach to investing in a range of relatively illiquid assets, including smaller quoted companies.
