How do I obtain tax relief on my VCT investment?
I have a change in my shareholder details. Who do I notify?
- If you are a shareholder in one of the Acuity Venture Capital Trusts, please contact the company registrar, Capita Registrars, on 08701 623 124. Alternatively you may write to them at Northern House, Woodsome Park, Fenay Bridge, Huddersfield, HD8 0LA. www.capitaregistrars.com. NB: You will have to state your full name, the VCT in which you are a shareholder and your address.

I am a shareholder and I am transferring my shares to a nominee. I would like to continue to receive accounts and other updates that are normally sent to shareholders. Can I be added to your mailing list to receive this information?

How do I find out what the current share price is for one of the Acuity VCTs (formerly the Electra Kingsway VCTs)?
- You can look up the current share price online using the London Stock Exchange website:- http://www.londonstockexchange.com/en-gb/. Under the 'Investor Centre' enter the VCT name in the 'Price Search' box to find out the current share price.
I’ve lost my share certificate. How do I obtain another one?

I want to sell some shares. How do I do this?
- In light of the recent exceptional market turbulence, the Board of Acuity Growth VCT plc has decided to suspend the share buy back programme in the interests of the shareholders of the company as a whole. This is to help protect the value of the funds, conserve cash resources and avoid being forced to sell assets at unfavourable prices. The Board will monitor the position closely and intend to restore the buy back programme as and when conditions allow.
- If Shareholders wish to sell shares outside the Buy Back Programmes, they should advise their brokers to contact Richard Browne at Winterflood Securities Limited (“Winterflood”) on 020 3100 0000. Winterflood in the past have transacted in VCT shares with retail shareholders. Please note however that Winterflood is free to make any offer it considers reasonable and it is not bound by the suspended Buy Back programmes to offer a price based on any particular discount to last published net asset value per share.

Do the VCTs operate a share buy-back scheme?

Is my fund paying a dividend?
- Please refer to the Chairman's statement in the Fund's latest report and accounts. This details whether there is a dividend being paid. You can access these in the Downloads section.
How can I obtain a prospectus?
- To obtain a prospectus you can download it from the Downloads section on this website. Please select the fund that you are interested in from the ‘Prospectuses’ sub heading. Alternatively you can request to have sent to you, please contact Acuity direct info@acuitycapital.co.uk or please call 020 7306 3901.
