Nick co-founded Acuity with Mark in 2008. Nick joined Electra Partners in 1993, after several years in investment analysis and fund management. From 2001 onwards, he was responsible for the launch of the Acuity VCTs (formerly Electra Kingsway VCTs), along with the EQMC pan-European fund.
He is Director of the VCTs and he also sits on a number of investee company boards.
Nick is a graduate of Nottingham University and holds associate examinations from the Institute of Investment Management and Research. |
